Historia
Fox contributor Ari Fleischer says most Americans live in a media-created fantasyland. Never before have we been so information-rich yet so poorly informed. America’s liberal media keeps getting the news wrong. In Suppression, Deception, Snobbery, and Bias, Fleischer notes that half the country is keenly aware that they are routinely mocked and looked down on by much of the media. The disdain shown by too many reporters for too many Americans is a major reason our nation is polarized and divided.

Strong Agreements to Support the Premise
Revisado: 07-14-22
I appreciated how Ari supported his ideas. Great job keeping this subject interesting with compelling stories.
I was excited to read the accompanying PDF that he referred to through out. The PDF was supposed to be in my library once I purchased the book. This was also written in the description on Audible. Please fix this error. I really want to read the PDF!

Historia
Tenacity chronicles the evolution of entrepreneur Ron Coury, a major business figure in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the surrounding Western states. As Coury, a former US Marine, climbed the ladder toward his success, he faced a barrage of constraints, including political and police corruption, bribery, coercion, and even death threats. Coury details the struggles he faced and the losses he endured in this eye-opening look behind the curtain of business during the “good ol’ boy” days of Southern Nevada.

Personally I enjoyed it all. I worked with Ron at the Tropicana. It brought back some memories.

I enjoyed his stories and appreciated his fortitude. Tenacity was a great name for this book. Ron has truly lived the American dream! Dean Cain was a great selection to narrate his story. I highly recommend this book to everyone!

Joyful trip down memory lane… points known and unknown.
Revisado: 10-22-21
Because I loved listening to Ron narrate Arrested Development, was a child of Happy Days reruns and love many of the movies he directed; I was excited to listen to the memoir. I never realized Clint was Ron’s brother. I enjoyed the give-and-take between the two of them throughout the book and it was a pleasure to hear about their lives. I highly recommend!

Historia
I’ve been in this life for fifty years, been trying to work out its riddle for forty-two, and been keeping diaries of clues to that riddle for the last thirty-five. Notes about successes and failures, joys and sorrows, things that made me marvel, and things that made me laugh out loud. How to be fair. How to have less stress. How to have fun. How to hurt people less. How to get hurt less. How to be a good man. How to have meaning in life. How to be more me. Recently, I worked up the courage to sit down with those diaries.

Like spending time with that friend who tells great stories, Matthews enthusiasm for life is a joy to listen to... I can’t imagine having read this, as opposed to listening to it- because his delivery is so infectious! I continued to talk about this book several days after having finished it. Listen. You’ll be glad you did :)

Historia
Dave Rubin launched his political talk show The Rubin Report in 2015 as a meeting ground for free thinkers who realize that partisan politics is a dead end. He hosts people he both agrees and disagrees with - including those who have been dismissed, deplatformed, and despised - taking on the most controversial issues of our day. As a result, he’s become a voice of reason in a time of madness. Now, Rubin gives you the tools you need to think for yourself in an age when tribal outrage is the only available alternative.

Inspiring, open and honest...
Revisado: 09-11-20
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Dave in his own words. I appreciated his candor and his explanation of how his own political ideology shifted.
I’m on to your mentor’s book next... can’t wait to learn more about the 12 steps! Thanks Dave : )
