Historia
War with the Nation of Darkness is inevitable—or so the Theocracy’s leaders believe with every part of their beings. With such an obvious threat on their borders, there’s no time to waste on lesser concerns, so they decide to eliminate the elf king who has been a thorn in their sides for too long! Meanwhile, Ainz sets out for the elf country on what he’s decided to call a paid vacation.

Falling Off
Revisado: 01-17-25
The series started well, but at this point it's just stagnant with character development not meaning much. The VA also makes it painful with the twins voices sounding like a parody along with many characters sharing the exact same voice.

Historia
Before the being called the Emperor revealed himself, before the rise of the aeldari, before the necrontyr traded their flesh for immortal metal, the world was born in violence. Even when they inhabited bodies of flesh, Trazyn the Infinite and Orikan the Diviner were polar opposites. Trazyn, a collector of historical oddities, presides over a gallery full of the most dangerous artefacts - and people - of the galactic past. Orikan, a chronomancer without peer, draws zodiacs that predict and manipulate the future.

Historia
On the Cold Valley Indian Reservation, in the shadow of Pale Peak, Onwe Lopez struggles with the past as much as the present. By day, he watches his people abandon the Old Way as they flock to the local church. By night, he dreams of his childhood friend Akántha, who vanished from the rez decades prior. Then, catastrophe strikes: a horrific accident brings a stranger to town with stories of unfathomable death. A ghastly figure wanders the night, peering into houses and terrorizing a tribal elder. Hideous whispers emanate from the nearby caves, beckoning Onwe inside.

Great Suspense
Revisado: 12-16-24
This feels like a crime novel though it occasionally has decent elements of horror. I much prefer this compared to Stolen Tounges.

Historia
Many are the xenos foes who plague mankind's Imperium. Ancient races which once ruled the galaxy, such as the aeldari and necrons, lurk in the darkness, awaiting their chance to reclaim what was once theirs. Younger races like the upstart T'au Empire grow in power and influence, ever eager to topple humanity and take their place. And across the galaxy, the savage orks wage brutal war, fighting all in their path simply for the joy of battle. This audio drama anthology contains eight tales of the aeldari, the orks and the T'au Empire.

Great Performance, Mixed Stories
Revisado: 12-12-24
The production was amazing with all the atmosphere added and the professional voice actors. Sadly some of the stories in this bundle were boring; expect to have at least a fourth of this to be a slog unless you enjoy skipping stories.

St Philomena's military hospital has been abandoned for over three years. Now Lilian Chesterfield, who works for one of the most successful building companies in England, is in charge of developing it into a luxury housing complex. But as soon as she and her colleagues start work in the Jacobean-style mansion, their dream turns into a nightmare. They hear screaming from wards full of empty beds. Great performance with lacking script
Revisado: 12-04-24
The narrator was able to give a great performance that kept me engaged. Sadly the narrative was lacking, especially the attempted twists that reminded me of 70s Scooby-Doo.

Historia
In 1915, when German forces executed the first successful gas attack of World War I, the world watched in horror as the boundaries of warfare were forever changed. Cries of barbarianism rang throughout Europe, yet Allied nations immediately jumped into the fray, kickstarting an arms race that would redefine a war already steeped in unimaginable horror. Largely forgotten in the confines of history, the development of the US Chemical Warfare Service in 1917 left an indelible imprint on World War I.

Respectful Reflection

The writing and narration remained in line with the author's intent. A very technical book with a good amount of humanity.
