Very worthy performance of a classic! will not leave a "review" of a master work but, the performance was excellent.

Historia
The Scientific Revolution of the 17th century has often been called a decisive turning point in human history. It represents, for good or ill, the birth of modern science and modern ways of viewing the world. In What Galileo Saw, Lawrence Lipking offers a new perspective on how to understand what happened then, arguing that artistic imagination and creativity as much as rational thought played a critical role in creating new visions of science and in shaping stories about eye-opening discoveries.

Terrible narration
Revisado: 03-28-24
I often read/listen to science publications, but this is a painful listen. The narration sounds painfully monotone and inhuman, like a digital creation . Do yourself a favor, buy the actual book and read. . (my apologies to the narrator)

Historia
As a boy, Evan Smoak was pulled out of a foster home and trained in an off-the-books operation known as the Orphan Program. He was a government assassin, perhaps the best, known to a few insiders as Orphan X. He eventually broke with the Program and adopted a new name - The Nowhere Man - and a new mission, helping the most desperate in their times of trouble.

A dry foray into "normalcy and self-reflection"
Revisado: 12-17-21
Very hard to keep interested. I enjoyed the previous books in the series, although the last book did start this "humanization" trend that is jammed down your throat in this latest installment. You can almost taste the desire of the author to flesh out a pop culture screenplay. The narrator plays right along and drives the bus on mind numbing overdone descriptions and dialogues throughout the story. I am very hopeful the series will recover with the next book. A definite departure from what this series has been. Disappointed.
