This book really opened my eyes to a new way of looking at China. If we do not understand aspects of this global powerhouse, we will not be able to respond appropriately. You will love this excellent guide.

I really love this book. It’s clear that Chris took a lot of time to research his information that he shares with us. Reading this book will empower anyone dealing with health issues. It’s a beautifully crafted guide to embracing the natural healing power of our own bodies and balance in our lives.

Dr. Walker shared a lot of excellent ideas that are simple to take and increase the quality of our lives.

He really opened my eyes to the importance sleep and how to get the most out of your eight hours of sleep every day.

In the first few chapters I wasn’t sure I wanted to listen to this book. I thought Sally was writing a book to get revenge on people that slighted her.

As Sally shared more of her life, I realized she was sharing a story of redemption, coming to terms with areas in the past that were an obstacle to having a good life.

Along with being a very good memoir, this book is a guide to being able to love yourself (even though this sounds sappy, it is true).

Sally, Congratulations and Thank You.

I really enjoyed this book. Didn’t require a deep thinking and had lots of good laughs.

Great book to listen to when you have a long road trip and you want to laugh the entire way.

What made the experience of listening to Chain of Title the most enjoyable?

The sequence of events made it possible to build on my knowledge as the story unfolded.

What did you like best about this story?

The fact that some Americans won't give-in to the system!

Which scene was your favorite?

The ah-ha moment when they find robo-Signatures on documents and bogus bank names on forms.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

The Sub-standard treatment of Americans during the Subprime Blowup.

Any additional comments?

Chain of title: how three ordinary Americans uncovered Wall Street's great foreclosure fraud – describe how Wall Street banks were using robo-signers as signature guarantees for legal documents that were in titling the banks to foreclose on homes. There are documented records of signature guarantees being on vacation/out of town and signing hundreds of documents. This legal documentation/proof allowed some people to prevent Banks from foreclosing.Unfortunately, the US government, is basically in bed with Wall Street bankers. I know this is a shocker to you!Still, if you look at the details in your documentation, you might find weaknesses and irregularities that will allow you to have a fighting chance to keep your home.

If you could sum up Triggers in three words, what would they be?

Barrier Breaking Actions

What was one of the most memorable moments of Triggers?

Discussion about how he utilizes accountability partners (he pays these people to keep track of his actions).

What does Marshall Goldsmith bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He had a great voice and since he is one of the authors, he knew when to stress certain areas.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Breaking Bad -- Limitless

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, I think it gave some practical solutions to living in the moment and having a better life. I also thought the examples were an excellent way to cement their ideas.

What other book might you compare Practical Enlightenment to and why?

The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Similar theme of living in the moment. However, the Kane's get to the point quicker.

Which character – as performed by Ariel Kane – was your favorite?

She has a great voice a kept me engaged in the book.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

You can only be in one place at this time. This is powerful because it takes away the negative desire to be different today.
