Historia
This episode we hear about a young man who in just six months’ time went from losing regularly at his local club to being, some say, the best chess player in his country. It’s the story of Akiba Rubinstein. We’re studying Rubinstein vs. Gersh Rotlewi, Lodz (1907). From legendary Brazilian jujitsu and MMA master Rickson Gracie comes a riveting, insightful memoir that weaves together the story of Gracie’s stunning career with the larger history of the Gracie family dynasty and the founding of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, showing how the connection between mind and body can be harnessed for success both inside and outside the ring.

A moving, stirring account
Revisado: 05-30-23
If human interest stories grip you, this one, just like the author himself, won’t let go! ‘Breathe,
A Life in the Flow’ is a thoroughly fascinating, honest account of the Gracie family and Gracie martial art. Written by Rickson himself- whom I never heard of before this book. I jotted down many valuable takeaways and lessons learned from Rickson’s real-life experiences. Hope you enjoy it too!

Historia
Remember when you were in high school and your dreams of an exciting future were still a possibility? There were so many things that you were going to do, and be. Yet, where are those dreams now? Wouldn't it be remarkable if you could still believe and create for yourself those early dreams? Visualize yourself being in that place, having that bank account, that home, that dream car - it can still happen.

Where does Creating Prosperity with the Law of Attraction rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Currently at the top of my favorite Audible listens in terms of the content, however...
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
Personally, I did not like the tone of the narrator. Found it borderline aggressive; talking or lecturing at the listener. Found that in increasing the speed of the listen to 1.25, his delivery was less annoying. I'd love to hear it read by the author to compare and contrast the message.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from Creating Prosperity with the Law of Attraction?
I took notes and passed on valuable information to both friends and family and I am very grateful for the book.
