If you could sum up The Jewels of Happiness in three words, what would they be?

Moving, unforgettable and, ultimately, life-transforming

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Jewels of Happiness?

"Long have we struggled, much have we suffered, far have we travelled. But the face of peace is still hidden from us." -- the poignancy of Archbishop Tutu's voice at that moment is something that will stay with the listener for a very long time.

What about Archbishop Desmond Tutu’s performance did you like?

Archbishop Tutu brings to these words his own vast spiritual and moral stature, his broad humanity, his unique personal touch and, most of all, the wisdom of his life-experiences.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I realised with a thrill that this is a book I wanted to listen to time and again.

Any additional comments?

Each reader makes the words come alive in a unique way. This is not like other books in the sense that the readers are not "acting". We feel their personalities and experiences infusing each word. Roberta Flack, Judith Light, Carl Lewis, Narada Michael Walden and others all make us feel that we are having a conversation with them. The simplicity and profound wisdom of Sri Chinmoy's words ring true and, at the same time, are more relevant than ever.
