Sherlock needs no data

if Sherlock Holmes were not already a known character, this might makes some sense, but they changed his character completely to rewrite the story. he has no need for more data and makes his conclusions immediately.
should have just written without using characters from other authors, since only the names were kept.

Fun, with slight cliff hanger annoyance

This is a fun series, if simple solutions. the MC gets super powers upgraded in time for the need.
character development is fun and other twists in plot and to normal writing make the books interesting.
Easy listen, so I use for chores.
The cliffhangers are odd. Seems like a series of book parts rather than separate books. easily could have put all so far in one or two books. the cliffhanger on this one feels like a false break as well.
I hope Audible makes box sets going forward. they have been generous with the books so far being free with "plus," but I still can't justify buying the next in the series knowing it will take two to three to have closure on the next book ... and new cliff hanger for sure.

Must Pay twice for this book if you get the audio

Excellent book already, but heavily relies on some images that you have to buy the hard copy or ebook to view. A pdf file should be offered and, at least, Audible should have made the lack clear by using the term "abridged" and describing the issue. Not everyone has money to pay twice for one book. I give audible 1 star on this book for not making consumers aware they were going to have an added expense (kindle ebook?) if they want to get the most from this book

looking for the second season - hoping it's. easy entertaining gift from the story teller's voice! the main character has her flaws, she might want to listen to her little friend's warnings more..

actually hoping that was a cliffhanger at the end - it would be the first in the
series I think.
this was my third time listening to this series. it is easy, but very entertaining as I do chores or drive. if I miss something, I know it won't matter terribly unless a clue. the author does repeat some things more often than necessary even if someone starts reading mid--series
I suspect minimal editing on these, but they are excellent stories with great narration. one canonical problem in the last chapters of this book -minor though. hint: easy for ghosts to change clothing, Everret.

where is part 2, shucks!

strange tales, provocative endings, great performance, awesome umbrella.
I wanted to make the book last a few days (like candy you want to linger). I thought it downloaded in 2 parts, so I decided to listen up to the last two chapters in part 1.
those were the last 2 of the book! I want more. a sequal!? pretty please?
btw. no I didn't like that it ended.

unless there is a sequel, this has an extremely unsatisfying ending. not sure a sequel would be worth it though.
