Historia
Henry is a brilliant engineer who, after untold hours spent in his home lab, has achieved the breakthrough of his career—he’s created an artificially intelligent consciousness. He calls the half-formed robot William. No one knows about William. Henry’s agoraphobia keeps him inside the house, and his fixation on his project keeps him up in the attic, away from everyone, including his pregnant wife, Lily.

Historia
Charlie Haynes is an aging ex-detective, working unsolved cases. Obsessed with cleanliness and order, Charlie is a loner who trades on his experience of grisly crimes, and struggles to maintain a relationship with his adult daughter. When three teenagers are murdered in a public cemetery, the ritualistic killings show similarities to one of Charlie’s old investigations: a savage serial killer who targeted the members of a notorious Traveller family, the Boswells.

Very enjoyable story
Revisado: 08-08-24
Headphone warning!! There are sound effects and they are a little louder than the narration. That aside, I enjoyed this book. The author did a wonderful job immersing you into this world and the demon was interesting. I highly recommend reading this.

Very good book
Revisado: 11-17-23
This is my second David Moody book. At first I was a little confused. I didn’t realize at first it was taking place in England. The story was great!

Historia
The world is dying. An abhorrent epidemic is sweeping the globe, destroying everything it touches. Contact with even a single drop of contaminated blood or saliva is enough to spread the disease. Within hours, even the healthiest people are transformed into hideous, germ-spewing creatures. They hunt out the uninfected in their tens of thousands, their sole purpose to continue spreading the infection. On a recently-built housing development on the outskirts of a large city, one man will stop at nothing to protect his family from the coming storm.

I loved the ending. I was wondering how this story was going to get rapped up at the end and it definitely did not disappoint!

Historia
The first book in a new series spanning worlds and ages. A war is raging between gods and demons, with an unstoppable interdimensional terror - THE BLEED - destroying everything it touches. From ancient alien civilisations through to modern day London, through to deep space and beyond, nothing and no one is safe. The Bleed wants flesh. It wants to destroy life. It wants to be worshipped.

Very good read. I can’t wait until the conclusion of the series
Revisado: 10-26-20
I will say the negative right off the bat. There was a few grammatical errors in the book.
Why did it have to end where it did? I know there are two other books planned in the series but I don’t wait to wait that long to find out how these three groups of people stand against “The Bleed”.
