A good performance from a book straight from the Godfather of Parapsychology. I think he may have invented ghosts :-)
In all seriousness, This man genius knows few boundaries and he's truly fearless, curious and observant. If you like a non bias scientific approach to the paranormal it's for you. Just the facts!

Revisado: 11-27-14
Would you listen to Ghosts Among Us again? Why?
Yes, I have as well. I liked it.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Ghosts Among Us?
James' uncanny accuracy.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes. I had trouble turning it off many times.
Any additional comments?
James Van Praagh should have left out things such as the mention of the caliber of restaurants he'd eaten at, The cost of the wine, Champagne ect. Otherwise a good story.

Historia
The music of Frank Sinatra, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, and many other artists provides the score to the reflections of a musician on the road in this memoir of Neil Peart's travels from Los Angeles to Big Bend National Park. The emotional associations and stories behind each album Peart plays guide his recollections of his childhood on Lake Ontario, the first bands that he performed with, and his travels with the band Rush. The evocative and resonant writing vividly captures the meanderings of a musical mind.

'Bout time you let us in a bit further!
Revisado: 10-21-13
Where does Traveling Music rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Numero uno!!!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Traveling Music?
The whole book.
Which character – as performed by Brian Sutherland – was your favorite?
Niel Peart. UHMM...Isn't it an autobio?
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Extreme? No, Just a kind of awe & reverence like any of his writing.Okay , I suppose that's extreme.
Any additional comments?
I really am impressed and surprised that he let go of so much personal info. It's common knowledge among fans that he wears very little on his sleeve much less speak of his personal life so candidly. I'm a life long Rush fan from the very 1st album (With Rutsey) I became a hyper-fan after that obviously from the addition of Niel. I'm a musician and writer so I've soaked up every word he's ever let loose of and every note they've ever played, or as many as humanly possible. I have a theory they can't possibly be human. Humans aren't perfect if you catch what I'm tossing. Musically at least. I don't mean overall.
