Great story. Any fan of true crime podcasts would love it. Lucy's character was developed in a way that was worth the investment. Great narration

Rex Chapman is a name I have known since his senior year in high-school. Indiana fans knew how good he was. His game was fun to watch. I moved to Owensboro for a few years and the Rex playground stories were still legendary long after his playing days had ceased. I was one of those who loved the "block or charge" tweets and became a follower.

But this story is so much more than a basketball hero tale. Rex has torn the curtain away from his life to show us the scars that didn't come from the surgeon. His experiences with racism, mental health, addiction, and the blatant hypocrisy of basketball stardom is cutting. So many role models let Rex down over the years. The wonder isn't how someone with such talent ended up living in his car, the wonder is how it didn't happen sooner.

Even if you disagree with his politics, you can't listen and not respect his reasoning. Highly recommend
