This book is a life changer. I have been having trouble sleeping for a very long time. I purchased another book by this same author and it helped me relax and get to sleep - it really helped! But then, this whole pandemic happened and my anxiety bubbled up again. I would lie in bed and start to feel sleepy but then would not be able to get to sleep. I tried this audiobook (using headphones that I can sleep with) and just softly drifted off to sleep. The voice of the narrator is incredibly soothing, and the music also just hypnotized me to sleep. I have been using it last 3 nights and each night, I find I fall asleep in less time than the previous night. It works! Every doctor should prescribe this book to people who ask for sleep meds!

No Longer a Skeptic!

A friend of a friend told me about this audio book because I am forever complaining about being tired. I decided to try it even with low expectations about hypnosis. Wow! I cannot recommend this book enough! As soon as the voice started (within one minute), I was feeling very relaxed. I didn’t even make it all the way thru...thank goodness my ear buds fell out during the night. If you need to sleep, you need this book!
