Historia
Arram Draper is on the path to becoming one of the realm's most powerful mages. The youngest student in his class at the Imperial University of Carthak, he has a gift with unlimited potential for greatness - and for attracting danger. At his side are his two best friends: Varice, a clever girl with an often-overlooked talent, and Ozorne, the "leftover prince" with secret ambitions. Together, these three friends forge a bond that will one day shape kingdoms.

Waited Impatiently
Revisado: 02-16-18
I am not sure about the person who read the book. In a previous series where we first meet Numair (Arram) his master Lindhall Reed wasn't a too old of a man. here the reader makes him sound like one.
This book also made me feel sorry for Orzone. being a prince can't be easy but you see the darkness in him already as a child.
it's great to hear of Numair's past and can't wait for the rest of the series! when i heard it was coming out, I got so excited!!!!

Historia
The debut psychological thriller that will forever change the way you look at other people's lives. Every day the same. Rachel takes the same commuter train every morning and night. Every day she rattles down the track, flashes past a stretch of cozy suburban homes, and stops at the signal that allows her to daily watch the same couple breakfasting on their deck. She’s even started to feel like she knows them. Jess and Jason, she calls them. Their life - as she sees it - is perfect. Not unlike the life she recently lost.

this book surprised me!
Revisado: 10-14-16
this book surprised me! Not the ending I expected at all! it was boring at first but then it just catches you! when I first read this book, I only wanted to read it because I was traveling... by train. Haha! I had borrowed it from a friend of mine. and now that I listened to it (because of the movie) I love it even More!
anna's narrator I didn't like. I felt she sounded older than she should have.
loved the story! will listen to it again and again!
