I enjoyed everything about this book. The story, the characters, and the narrator. I just wish there was a second one out already. I need to know what happens next!

Fun twist on a classic

I really thought I wouldn’t like it. When the main character is a woman I prefer that the narrator be a woman as well but the narrator was quite good and I got over my prejudice rather quickly. It was a fun what if type of book and I loved the Epilogues at the end. They wrapped up everything so well!

I enjoyed this book but my one complaint is that the English main character speaks with an American accent all the while doing bang up English accents and voices for all the other characters. Great storyline and great performance despite the accent issue!

I almost couldn’t finish this book. And I hope no impressionable readers read it. It was awful! I can’t believe the author has the main character even entertaining the idea of dating either of the 2 main male love interests because they all suck. They sexually Harris’s, manipulate, don’t take no for an answer and I think I cringed thru the majority of the book. I hope my daughter never lacks the Judd gene T of the idiotic main character. Nope nope nope.
The I’m mean to you because I like you trope is nauseating as well as the I’m flirting with you to obviously make bro and ex jealous. Barf

Narrator issues

I love this story but the narrator is driving me nuts. The only way I can describe it is, she ends EVERY phrase on a down note. It’s like she’s reading a list of phrases in an American accent. But she doesn’t do it when using an English accent. Good story though.

Very little cussing

I really enjoy a good romantic story. Especially these ones that have different narrators for different characters. I fell in love with the 2 main characters and just didn’t want the story to end. My 10 year old was enjoying it as well. The book was clean and mostly cuss free and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone who wants to develop a crush on a fictional character with blue hair!!
