Excellent and original thought process about modern warfare having strong components of historically used western and non western aproaches to warfare that are current again but maybe unrecognized by western powers. Applicability to business and other competitive situations is highlighted as well as the increasing role (back to the future ) of mercenaries

Actionable guide on how to change your orientation from problem solving ( to try endlessly to fix yourself ) to creation so you go and create what you truly love while enjoying both the journey and the end result and continue to create more of what you love ….no need to waste your life fighting a losing and long battle trying to fix yourself or the conditions you think have to be solved before you go for what you truly love.

Excellent content to learn by applying TRIZ thinking . It shows a tremendous amount of work on the part of the author to present TRIZ thinking in a USABLE form as compared to other approaches where just going past the history, evolution , biographies and terminology can be a deterrent to finish the reading/listening. Provides the tools within a flexible thought process framework so you can be much more effective innovating in your areas of expertise and even in areas outside your core expertise
