The author brings to the table principles based on real experiences and process improvement, both base on people. This audiobook is not based on any "guessing". It's based on real solved problems and processes. It's priceless.
Think about it. We do not need to have the same failures because we know how to avoid them. This book is a base of human evolution. As humans we got here due to continuous improvement in all the areas. That is why it is a game changer for any area.
I am an App developer. More experience I gain the more I know that the most important thing about any company is people. it's not the money, it's not the strategy, it's not the management. It's about people doing things together. Period.

if I would to describe this audio book in one word, it would be "Perfect". He brings the most important questions about our developer role. The book provides many views from high qualified and experienced developers. You may rethink many things you do or at least learning a lot from people that you would not be able to listen their views out there.
