Listened to “THIS” is the answer to all your problems. Snake oil and he doesn’t get to anything substantial anytime soon. Obviously the author doesn’t know what concision is. I really wanted this to be good but…it’s soooo much BS in the beginning I can’t listen to him talk about himself anymore. I will ask for a refund.

This story was all over the map.

I had such a hard time with this story. First, the narrator sounded like he was performing for the audience age of 14-15 year old's. He did mellow towards the middle of the story but it was much too juvenile for me. The ending... pretty bad. Automates? The story felt like it stole many parts from movies, like the writer ran out of idea's so he just pulled together stuff from existing story lines. Really, this story belongs in young adults as a quick fix for bored nights.

Don't waste your time - propaganda

After 5 minutes in fine-print legal disclaimers, the book begins. I first thought it was going to be good, however it soon turned into a manipulator of political influence. I don't care about the author's love of one party or another, leave YOUR political opinion out. Hated this book, not worth .05.

The WORST story (and I use "story" loosely)

This is the wife. I tried to listen to this story but I can't. It is THAT bad. Biblical BS dipped in fear-mongering, that's how I describe this story. If you're looking for a realistic apocalyptic story, you'll NOT find it here.

Great book for beginners

What did you like best about Social Media: Strategies to Mastering Your Brand? What did you like least?

I like that it's a 50,000 foot view of social media, explaining the purpose of each app and how to apply it to your business. Definitely not a tutorial but a pretty good introduction for perhaps an older generation that is trying to find out more info about social media apps.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

I'm getting a master's in business analytics so it was pretty simple for me personally. However, I would recommend this book for small business owner's who need a high overview of what analytics are and how to use them in your own business.

Did Martin James do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Each social media app was defined pretty well, again, short, simple but to the point descriptions.

Do you think Social Media: Strategies to Mastering Your Brand needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Maybe a second addition in a year or two as new players come into the game. Things are changing very quickly.
