The narrators voice is very powerful and a strong encouragement. It does lack tips for how to approach the decluttering tasks needed to become a minimalist. That said, I may listen more times as an encouragement to make changes.

Entertaining and clean

The author can pin a story, keep up with the characters, and keep up with an extremely complex plot without getting mixed up. The narrator has different invoices for each character and follows the same voice throughout each book for each character. The narrator is also not rushed and puts a lot of emotion into the characters. This was a very enjoyable book series. Highly recommended.

What made the experience of listening to EverRealm: A LitRPG Novel the most enjoyable?

The worst was the language, too much cursing and free sex. The best was the variety of personalities and character that the narrator brings to the table.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Steve, the main character. He was relate-able until the crazy sex stuff.

Which scene was your favorite?

When the trolls came and Steve and his girlfriend new they were going to get killed. Their reaction was priceless. any more would be a plot buster.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

not necessary but could.

It makes me want to get more of the books this narrator does. He is good.

Interesting way to review the 10 commandments

Fun and interesting. Themes about the power of your words and the ramifications that can come by making seemingly harmless decisions. are woven into an entertaining storyline.

Also how important it is not to hold a grudge and speak kind words. Hateful and harmful words can open you up to demonic influences that you are powerless to stand against.

Not perfect in its theology, but thought provoking and entertaining.

I found myself trying to tell the main character not to say dumb things. You know that you are caught up in a story when you. Begin talking to it.

I would recommend this audiobook. The narrator is good and clear and the production is good.

Not an Uplifting book

Would you try another book from Gordon Atkinson and/or Karl Miller?

If you are looking for an uplifting christian book this is not it. Very depressing. Karl Miller narrates well enough but needs some production skills. It sounds as though he uses a noise gate that is not set right and his breaths pop out from under it so his breaths sound very soft then suddenly pop to extremely loud and are very distracting.

Would you ever listen to anything by Gordon Atkinson again?

No. If this is the way he writes, and according to the end of the book, it is. Then Unless I wanted to become a drug dependent depressed person, I would not read another one.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Karl Miller?

I would have listened to the tracks and not accepted them until they were corrected. His tone interpretation of the script etc. was good. Production was bad

No.

I do not recommend this book. In this book God is powerless, preachers don't believe in God and gloom is always present. The opportunity to show how God can even lead someone who is unsure of him was not taken. At one point the realization came to Foy that his wife who needs interaction was starving because he was not spending time with her., Because as he rejuvenates in private, she rejuvenates around people. he takes 2 weeks to make a card to give to her, and when finally presented, she says that she decided to let go of the relationship 2 weeks ago. So he was given what he needed to save his relationship with his wife in time to save the marriage, but this was never brought out and Foy never gets it. He still never understands that God was speaking to him and trying to help him.

Great to Help with forming the habit of Prayer

What did you love best about Win Life's Battles Daily?

I like the way that I can use this as a faith building prayer assistant. I can say the prayer along with the narrator 3 times a day. If I do not have the 12-15 min to do the entire prayer, each of the 12-15 minute prayers are broken into 4 sections each with 4 declaration prayers . If my time is short I play chapter 10, 11, or 12 until I get to the first Declaration prayer then turn it off and start if again at 12 noon, then again at 6pn, and again at bedtime. The foundational scriptures ar in chapters 5,6,7 & 8 or the audiobook.

Who was your favorite character and why?

The Narrator Lucie Carole and she was easy to follow and listen to.

What does Lucie Carole bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The narrator Lucie Carole helps with this whole process. I find it much easier to listen and repeat what is being said instead of reading from the kindle. I listen to her and repeat as she is reading. I did not wait for each separate phrase, she does not pause, but has a nice pace so that I can speak along with her.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I could listen in one sitting to get the concept, but I would want to repeat chapters 5-8 and 10-12 for daily prayers. These prayers can be very transformational. Romans 12:2 says that we are to be transformed by renewing our minds. It has a lot of scripture.

Any additional comments?

I recommend this book for anyone who wants to build faith in the word and God's promises, and to establish a disciplined prayer life.

Too fast with big space

I was given a free code to listen to this audiobook in exchange for an unbiased review.

Stevie has a nice voice but it feels rushed so after listening to this book for about 15 minutes I felt tense and there seems to be an underlying saddens as she reads.

The reminders in this book would be good as reminders to listen to when you need to reframe your thoughts. Throughout the day. When your thoughts get out of control and you need some simple reminders of how to focus and what to do to think correctly and straightly, you could take a break in your day to listen to some of these reminders and use them. So listen straight through it the first time to get a feel of what kind of Reminders, and uplifting thoughts that there are, and use them when you feel like it will do best for you.

Since this is not a story you wouldn't necessarily listen to it like a story but you would be listening for things you could use in your life to help you focus and reframe your day.

You might even want to take note of what kind of reminders are in each chapter so that when you go back to it and need a certain topic you will know the chapter that it is in.

I will be using these on and off for a little while and see how useful they are.
