An intriguing listen

First Impressions

I have to admit I don't even remeber how this got to me, I received an email one day with the code for the audible and I was like okay let's give it a shot and see what this is about, and after reading the blurb sounded pretty intriguing.

I did have a little hard time at the beginning since it was a slow burner but the way it was laid out kept me coming back and again to see what else was going on in this dizzing plot.

So just remember that good things are in store for patient people on this one.

Characters

We did have an array of complex ones with Baroota.

The most memorables obviously where Nick and Nonkos, believe that they will do the plot very entertaining because oh my god do they have a lot of motivation on this story.

You can even at points get confused because damn the bad guys on this are sly as foxes too, it's like putting scorpions in a box and see what happens.

Ihad a lot of intriguing moments with the things they were subjected to.

Themes

Violence, rape, murder, power abuse.

Final thougths

By the end I was so invested on this I wanted to hear more about the story and where it will lead from there, because it was that good reeling you in.

The characters will pull you on their quest for justice even if you don't notice it at first, but they do appeal to the moral nerve a lot.

An edgy read for the extreme seekers out there.

So adorable

This was absolutely good and heartwarming, perfect for the holidays really, we have second chances and a mysterious romance that was dramatically fun, I had a very good time with this one.

We have a very nice hostess, a restaurant owner, a doctor and an assistant teacher all living an incredible christmas full of fun, remembrance and romance.

Will recommend for a fast listen this holidays.

Very good advice

I liked a lot this one, because it gets you very solid advice on how to stop negative thoughts to control you and take a step back and see how the situation actually can be for the better, and it has 4 good techniques that I have used and know works, it takes time to make them a habit but it's not impossible so I will advice to give a go you may be surprised how good this little listen is.

Excellent short listen

This one was fun really, short and interesting.

haven't read or listen to anything of the author before but this one was curious, since you have the mother that even being "evil" she just want the best for her daugther it was commendable, I think she never really understood her mom really but we are all like that we never understand.

I think it's a very funny one if you ant to take a little break when reading.

An exhilarating journey

Firsts Impressions

After so long I was able to get back to Dharia and continue with Aniri's adventures, and I can tell you they're many on this book too.

I was worried since last time she was coming home after saving Ash's country and having discover conspiracies and such in the first book.

Now it's time to make a decision since the weeding seems awfully fast and her sister it's in trouble and Aniri as usual follows her heart into more troubles as usual.

Characters

We have the same cast as before and a few new additions that makes for a stronger plot and more conspiracies are unheartened in this one too.

We learn a little more of the background between the countries and how the traditions are in Jungali and it's neighboring countries, that's so interesting really, since the characters drive forward all these secrets and the story together too.

Final Thoughts

By the end with the ups and downs, you still have a good dose of adventure, secrets, love and new beginnings that we need really, hoping to see how all this ends on the third book. it's pretty light even when it's heavy on the politics of ruling and agreed marriages, however it don't disappoint and it's pretty fun to follow.

Fun with assassinations

On this second installment, seem Tony has a knack for getting in trouble fast and deep, I still don't know how he do it.

For our favorite dispatcher things seems to be going erratic at best in this one and as usual there's a lot of fun and suspense in this one.

From what solution will he come back and resolve all things to what else is going on that we aren't really seeing for this to be so bad.

For fans of The Boys

If you have watched the boys already, this is the perfect complement to that, this interview with the Deeper was absolutely hilarious and entertaining, supper immersive really into this show's world.

We have the deeper going on and about with his wife Cassandra answering questions of the public and wanting to do their part in communications.

Totally cool and recommended.

So fun Beezer, I was so happy to see this one in the originals, first one was so cool too and I had a blast this time around.

So we go with day camp and world domination on this one, we do have an interesting twist in this book regarding our protagonist, it was very wholesome and it helped to have something light to listen to while on traffic.

Totally recommended if you have middle graders.

First Impressions

The last one of the series, it was so nice to finish it at last, the intrigue lasted until the very end with this princess's but it was an intriguing thing since well courts are lke that, and power plays are always what royals do best.

It had a little of everything and it keep me interested every step of the way it was pretty cool, I hope maybe we find ourselves again maybe on a royal sequel maybe about the sons? it's a thought.

Characters

We did have all our cast now and all of them grew so much in this last parts of the whole ordeal between nations, and some things changed for the better other ended and I do think all of our protagonists were glad that was at last over.


Final Thoughts

By the end I think the closure was perfect, I was so happy for all of them royals and even all of the other crew members.

I think if you like romance and steampunk action this is definitely the read you need in your shelf.
