Did not get anything from the book.

Looking for how to develop grit. Did not get much besides feeling bad for not being gritty. Talks about studies the whole time. No steps or suggestions. Wish I would of listen to reviews. Maybe this book would be encouraging or affirming if you are a gritty person. Did not give me help to develop grit at all. You should buy this book with a credit. Because you can only return a book if purchased with a credit.
