What did you love best about Misconduct?

Penelope Douglas did a great job building up the characters. You want to feel for and with them.

What did you like best about this story?

I really liked the story line.

Would you listen to another book narrated by Carrie Brach and Guy Locke ?

Probably not. As odd as this probably sounds they just didn't sound anything like how I envisioned the characters. Plus not a lot of emotion was put into the narration.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

In Esten's classroom when Jack was talking to her. I was like Nooooooo.... and then they went outside and I was like NOOOOOOOO....... Very emotional.

Any additional comments?

I love this book. The narration was not one of my favorites but the story itself was perfect.

If you could sum up The Copper Gauntlet in three words, what would they be?

Trust, Friendship & Awesome

What other book might you compare The Copper Gauntlet to and why?

This book is somewhat like Harry Potter. Always trying to do the right thing and save people.

What does Paul Boehmer bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Audio books in general bring the books to life for me but Paul Boehmer did an exceptional job with The Copper Gauntlet. I can't wait for the next book.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No major reaction. I just enjoyed it very much.

This is such a fantastic series. I'm eagerly awaiting the next book.

Would you listen to Wallbanger again? Why?

Yes. This was such a comical book. Whenever I need a good laugh this will be the book I go to.

What about Heather Smith’s performance did you like?

She was fantastic. I can't imagine reading this book out loud and yet she did it so well.

This was such a great listen. I've been wanting to read it for awhile but didn't have the time. I'm actually glad that I did the audio first.

Darken the Stars to my heart.

What made the experience of listening to Darken the Stars the most enjoyable?

Kate Rudd... She does such an amazing job reading this series. The book was fantastic.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love Kricket. She's so strong and determined. Kyon was also surprisingly likable in this book. I didn't want to like him at all but then again that's what Amy does best. She makes you like the unlikable.

What does Kate Rudd bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

EVERYTHING!!! It was like watching a movie in my head. She reads the characters with such a likeness. You know exactly who's talking when she reads. Trey, Kyon, Phlix, Kricket & OMG Wayra (LOL.. I freaking love that guy). Even as new characters come in you can place them. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE Kate Rudd.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

YES!!!!

This book sent me on an emotional roller coaster ride. It made me mad, sad, angry, heartbroken, wishful and hopeful. Amy has captivated me with yet another one of her masterpieces. I can only hope we get a book 4.
