Awesome listen and great story. it does remind me of "he who fights monsters" but as the story goes on you can see it gets further away from it and comes into its own story. kinda wish there was more rabbit story lol. Only thing that bothered me was the narrator says the main characters name is Noah but whenever the character says his own name it sounds like he is saying Nor, not that its very important just something that bothered me somewhat lol

narration was really good. some of the character were kinda childish even though they were supposed to be at a high school reunion, they still act like they are in high school. it's fun to see references to older stuff but making it so every char talks in references is kinda annoying because people don't constantly talk like that. story was good and had a good flow and I really like how they got powers and could switch if needed. looking forward to the 2nd book

thought I wasn't going to like it because I'm a guy and the main char was a girl, thought I might not relate, but it was actually a great book. Penelope voice annoyed me at first but you get use to it. the narrator did a great job with the emotions of the characters! would recommend

book 1 is completely bad. it feels like the characters should have been younger than what they say they are based on how they act. supposed to be 17 but act like 12. I've seen it before where the author continues the story but need to make the people older so they go back to the first book and up the ages without changing anything else. Was so annoyed at main char that I was actually hoping he would fail on multiple occasions.
book 2 was better. The tone of the characters fits alot better and generally was better in everyday than book 1.
book 3 was so so. huge part of the book felt like it was wasted storytelling.
I personally was hoping for more catching/evolving but there was a decent amount of fights. alot of monsters you get a name and you just have to guess what it looks like based on the name. could of have better descriptions of them.
overall the first book was so bad it almost kept me from listening to the rest but book 2 saved it and book 3 kinda went back down in the story/plot section but it was bearable since the characters are better
