Are you a cuck? Prepare to be set free. This book should be required for all undergrad colleges across the United States, and indeed, the world. Just when you thought masculinity was in a decline, this author has come to save humanity. After our Lord Jesus Christ, of course.

Brutal Honesty Speaks Volumes

This book isn't long. It's not a scientific approach to porn recovery either. But it's real, and honest. Something that most, if not all, porn addiction recovery "manuals" miss. Being free from addiction (sex and porn) is elusive; the unmanageability and out-of-control unraveling of life, for the porn addict, becomes the norm. An acceptance settles in. Without an outside perspective, getting better is almost hopeless. This book provides that point-of-view. A POV that is not only helpful, but I would argue *required* if you want to get sober. Life should be lived, and true happiness is possible for those that want it. This book will help you achieve it.

Recovery is tough. The importance of seeing it from your spouse's POV can lead to a deeper understanding of how things impact them - and how it unfolds within their emotional intelligence. If you're struggling (men) and you have a partner that you don't want to lose, then read this book.

I realize this is a public review. For that reason, I'm afraid to post it. But I know I should. If you're reading this, you're not alone. This book helped me, and continues to help me, immensely. Read it. Use it. Practice it's principles.

Powerhouse of Tools

If you're reading my review, there's a good chance you're a sex addict. Assuming that this is most likely true, I want you to immediately download and "read" this book. I've read dozens of sex/love addiction books, and this one hits differently. I'm not sure why. I'm an addict, and I highly recommend this book. Please get help.

A basic understanding of how sex addiction works, it's triggers, and how to get help. I wish there were more personalized stories though. There are only three on the beginning.

Read this. Get Better

This is one of the few books that I didn't struggle to finish. I kept coming back to it every chance I got. Momentum is important with this book. After you start it, finish it. It helped me retain the info and make practical use from the advice laid out by the author. I like this book because it's not pretentious. It's simple and practical. It doesn't serve the guru culture, which disgusts me. If you're struggling with corn, and chances are that you are since you're reading my review, then seek help. Today.

Overrated ☠️

Malcom is a great narrator but this book is too ethereal. He tries too hard to connect the dots between the examples presented. Sure, they're related because they're quite simply, two people conversing, but that's all.
