Like the book but narrator voices are very unreal

I am liking this book so far but the narrator needs to make the voices more realistic. I live in MT/ND and we do not sound like New Yorkers or Bostonian, some of the voices fluctuate to British accents also. Very nasaly and hard to listen to. If it wasn't for the story line I probably would have quit it already.

Really good story line. Have to say I hate the narrating. Voices were slightly better until the end and it became very monotone. Can't wait to listen to the next book.

I am loving this series. Sad to say hated the narrating in this book compared to the first 3 book. Everything is monotone male and female voices sound about the same. Hard to listen to but the series is good.

Love the story line and characters took me awhile to try and adjust to voices as they did not sound realistic. Can wait to try another series like this.

Truly enthralling book.

The story line keeps you interested. Wanted to know more was so glad this is a series.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Voices were very off. 14 year old don't sound like 30 year olds. Very nassaly sounding characters. The characters didn't take on there own personality as the voice sounded so similar.

Horrible Narration

What disappointed you about Nicolae?

Not to be stereotypical but they all sound like old jewish people. Love the series but narration is horrible.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Nicolae?

Couldn't get past the voices.

The monotone narration and similarity of all the character voices.

Would you listen to Left Behind again? Why?

I love these books but the voices are horrible. Very corny men's voices sound like they came from a Dick Tracy cartoon. Women's voices sound like children and dumb blondes. In the books the women are just as strong as the men. And Carpathia sound like a 70 year old man. They need to read the books to get the characters right with the voices. Starting to get very annoyed.
