The message I got: Motivate yourself to not succumb to the worst form of suppression, that being self suppression. I could not NOT listen to this book from beginning to acknowledgments. And be sure to read listen to all the way through to the very end. Rob does not disappoint. Although he was preaching to the choir with me it does put the fire in me to step up and call out the bull crap for what it is. I need to hold those accountable around me for being part of the problem by giving in to the fear and being judgmentmental. It's a feel good read belive it or not.
