This could easily be a movie!

This story held my attention from start to finish. I wanted to know how it would develop and if the characters would grow through it- and they did! Really enjoyable read. It’s nice to have a story that doesn’t depend on steamy scenes to carry it. Well done!

Excellent reading but

It was hard to follow for the first half or so…it seemed to jump all over the place and I was lost. But that very well could be a me problem 😉
It could have been more than one book and that probably would’ve helped me with continuity.
But I did enjoy it!

Hard to like the heroine (?). It took awhile to warm to her and sometimes the flow of the story was choppy, but I did enjoy the ending.

I Wanted to Like It More

I had my doubts

But this book was fantastic! I am not going to go over the entire story- that is what the synopsis is for- but I'll tell you that the characters were truly interesting, the story kept on moving (and in directions I didn't expect), and it didn't rely on sexy time to keep the reader interested. I'm not saying it was prudish or childish- it wasn't- it just wasn't 'heaving bosoms' and 'throbbing members' all the time. The author relied on the characters and story to keep me interested and it worked.
The readers did a great job portraying the emotions occurring in the story and kept in character.
I thought twelve hours would be a haul, but I couldn't wait to see what would happen next.
Totally recommend this one!
