Some sections of the book are just unfathomable, as it gives you a true link with the thousands of years of civilisation and development, and connects you to the ghosts of the past and the spirits of the future. It made me feel and realise a lot of things that I can barely express.

And no, this is no woo woo. The book is actually highly scientific, with accurate references and historical accounts, philosophical and rational, to the extent that is reasonable for such a piece of work. It is a classic in the making.

Boring, uninspired and monotonous rambling about a naive worldview lacking depth and detail. The reading and production quality is decent but it was impossible to go through, even as a bedtime book.

This is more of a fun self help book than a serious or deep discussion about psychology or philosophy. I burned through it in a day, didn't feel my time was wasted, but neither is it going to be a particularly memorable or life changing listen.

Centered around culture, but bounded by the scientific knowledge of psychology and pragmatism, Jordan Peterson's book can be a life changer for most. In my opinion though, the editing could have been much better, some sections are unrelatable and needlessly long. However, if you give this book a good shot, it will easily give you more than your time's value in gold. If you like the book, check out his lectures on psychology too, on YouTube, you will not be disappointed.
