Worth the read!

I was hesitant before buying this book, as I thought I knew all about self care and its importance after years of therapy. I’m so happy I finally gave this book a listen, because I found I knew almost nothing about self care. This is changing my life already. Listening to Suzanne talk is like listening to a wise friend who is giving you amazing, supportive and nonjudgmental advice. As a mom to 3 small kids, I have neglected my own needs because I didn’t have time for them. From now on, things will be different. I’ve already recommended this book to my friends.

Marci will have you laughing, crying, and rooting for her throughout her book. It is beautifully read, and her stories pull you in from the start. I will definitely be listening to her other book next!
