I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this audiobook. I love that it teaches you how to become conscious of your thoughts, how to catch thoughts as they happen and use strategies to change them, thus creating better outcomes in one's reality.

I also love that the book addresses changing habits from every angle: neurological, psychologically, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

My favorite portion of the book was the section about quantum paradigm shifts and how they effect creativity. As a singer/songwriter I have exercised this and feel very connected to God when I am writing. It's good to know that I am tapping into something that is beneficial to humanity when I allow my mind to connect to something bigger than myself.

Other subjects that are very interesting to hear about in the book are the portion about neuroplastocity, synaptic connections, and synaptic pruning, which suggests that there neuropathways of our brain which build habits is strengthened or weakened when we eliminate certain things and become more intentional about others.

All in all, there is a lot to gain from delving into this teaching, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their mindset and create better habits for themselves.
