I like this author's style. I appreciate that he doesn't baby the reader, he is very informative, and he explains concepts and topics thoroughly.

Too many authors go on about their own personal achievements and stories--Coffey is not one of those people. He is brief with his own stories, and lengthly with his overall advice. The subject matter of the whole book was very evidently considered for every stage of business owner, from those launching their first business, to those pushing tens of millions in revenue quarterly.

This is a book I plan to come back to for a second read.

Explains well just at what depth brands, businesses, lifestyles, and design are all inherent to the human experience. Human perception, thought and action engineering really are some of the most powerful tools anyone has at their disposal, especially for businesses and governments, for both the right and wrong reasons.

Funny, and brutal. He does an excellent job conveying and humanizing investment banking, in all of its false light. The connections between him an his colleagues, the mutual understandings, everything.

Im going to have to listen and read this again. There was a lot to absorb. Satisfied with my purchase overall. This was genuinely a no-bull book on formulating business offers to sound as appealing as possible. Not only did it not treat me like I'm stupid--it didn't waste my time. I wasn't a large Alex Hormozi fan (and still will I forever look upon these advice-giving entrepreneurs with skepticism), but he certainly gained a healthy chunk of respect from me with this book. Thank you, Alex. I look forward to the books that follow this one.

In the first half, this book gave massive value and insight. Honestly led me to believing that this book was going to be the biggest grand slam in my library. HOWEVER, in the second half, and closing towards the end, it got very fluffy, very fast. I appreciate the morals and value of making connections, and Jordan's very analytical approach to the career provides solid tips and POVs that I may not have considered before, especially in comparison to what many other agents and trainers would tell me (and have told me). He touches on this multiple times throughout, and I believe it to be completely true.

The second half/third cut of the book loses out on my attention quickly, and it's because it seems to stop giving this analytical approach. I understand well as an agent that connections are important--it's a cornerstone to the career, and what every other advice giver in real estate gives--but I feel like all of the tail end about anecdotes and connecection was mainly to fill out the rest of the book, instead of really going deeper into some very interesting topics, as I feel he very well could have. Definitely wasn't a waste IMO, I don't regret my purchase at all, as Ive walked away with legitimate value, but I can't really justify giving this a full 5 stars.
