Historia
As a healer, he knows her body. But it's her heart he wants. For a thousand years, Gideon has healed his people. And as the oldest surviving male of his race, his wisdom has always been respected without question. But Gideon knows that even he is vulnerable to the powerful, primitive desires that befall his kind during Hallowed moons---and nine years ago that truth was hammered home when he found himself claiming Magdalena, the Demon King's sister, in a wild embrace.

Redundant
Revisado: 10-07-21
Very redundant to first book. Felt like half was spent revisiting prior info rather than just reminders. Not worth the $ in my opinion.

Historia
I am the type of woman who always plays it safe. In my professional life as a public relations "fixer", and in my personal life, especially when it comes to the opposite sex. Really, who needs the wild highs and the I-want-to-die-because-he-left-me lows of a relationship? At least, that's what I thought...until I met HIM. Damian No-Last-Name-Given is sexy as sin, and I'd developed some kind of weird, instant attraction to him the moment he settled his chiseled body next to mine on a flight from London to Los Angeles.

Sweet story, except unusually big premise flaws
Revisado: 09-17-21
Eh, sweet story if you can really overlook the basic premise. No professional would have ever known as little as she did going into that meeting that the entire book is based on and no ceo would make the baseless decisions he did. narrators were good. let go of reality more than usual to enjoy.

Historia
Bondage & Breakfast was a safe place for couples to explore BDSM - until an arsonist almost destroyed it. While the inn is closed for repairs, owner Gabe McConnell allows injured firefighter Olivia Watterson to stay and recover as a favor to a mutual friend. His attraction to her is unexpected and intense - but there's no way she's strong enough for the type of play he demands from a sub. When she arrives at the inn, Liv is shocked - and intrigued. Her unanticipated obsession with the sexy, skilled Dom makes her all the more impatient with her slow recuperation.

Historia
When it comes to sex, Bella Massey wants a man who'll get down on his knees and beg. And although she's got the hots for firefighter Marcus Aiello, she can't believe an alpha male like him could have a submissive bone in his body. Marcus isn't looking for a relationship, but Bella is not like any woman he's ever met. When he discovers what the sexy librarian is really looking for in a man, he's even more intrigued. But giving up control is difficult for Marcus - no matter how much he desires it.

Historia
It has been 12 years since a dark, murderous figure stalked the alleys and courts of Whitechapel. And yet, in the summer of 1900, East London is still poor, still brutal, still a shadow city to its western twin. Among the reformers is an idealistic young woman named India Selwyn-Jones, recently graduated from medical school. With the help of her influential fiance - Freddie Lytton, an up-and-coming Liberal MP - she works to shut down the area's opium dens that destroy both body and soul.

pretty good but gets redundant

pretty good but gets repetitive. some characters make the same bad decisions after they supposedly already had revelations which seemed to stitch the holes in the plot. enjoyable but could have been better

Historia
Ocyrhoe, a young, cunning fugitive from Rome, safeguards a chalice of subtle but great power. Finding herself in France, she allies with the persecuted, pacifist Cathar sect in their legendary mountaintop stronghold, Montségur. There she resists agents of the Roman Church and its Inquisition, fights off escalating, bloody besiegement by troops of the King of France, and shields the mysterious cup from the designs of many. Percival, the heroic Shield-Brethren knight from The Mongoliad, consumed by his mystical visions of the Holy Grail, is also drawn to Montségur - where the chalice holds the key to his destiny.

Change in narrator very disappointing
Revisado: 07-28-19
Story is still pretty good in book 5 but the change in narrator was extremely disappointing particularly after four books in male and then book 5 is female. I dislike her style of narration
