Great Book, Need to Skip the First Section

I read and listened to many real estate books and this one is quite good. However, really dislike a half an hour commercial at the VERY Beginning of the book. Well, it's more than 45 minutes of how great this book is before the Introduction Chapter.

Great book. I would like a longer and more detailed version. I then realized that this book is a good summary and I need to find more detailed information by narrowing the subject field

Great learning, fun, enjoyable.

I will definitely listen to it again sometime down the road.

Churchill is incredibly brilliant, and this book did a good job describing his human side also.

Individual stories are good. They don’t mean much unless big pictures can be compared. These data are hard to collect, but the author places so much confidence on individual examples. Not rigorous at all.

Love the book, annoyed by the "mother" ...

I enjoyed the book.

The reason I didn't rate 4 or higher is that a motherly figure popped out every now and then. She summarizes the section I just listened and her content and tone are as if she is talking to a baby!

Just recently started listening to it for the second time, then the annoying and lecturing "mother" showed up again, reminding me of the part I strongly dislike the book. Not sure the hardcopy book or the kindle version has the same lecturing "person"

Love the stories and the outlooks; learned a lot

Trevor talked about a very hard early life with humor. I really like he and his mother's outlook on life. Very impressive!

Trevor is a great storyteller. It's a lot of fun and a great learning experience. I haven't followed his comedy show yet. Now I am going to find some on youtube...

Great Information for TBI, Inspiring Stories

Would you try another book from John Townsend and/or Jay Charles?

What could John Townsend have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

He should point out that he put god in everything, and assumed that everybody agrees.
