Great start to a series

It did take me a couple of chapters to get into the book, but I’m glad I kept with it. I feel like Dell may have been introduced in another book. Since I enjoy Hailey’s book, I will need to check out her other series.

Overall, I enjoyed the book and the narrator. The ending made me want to immediately pick up book 2.

Sweet family story

It is a sweet book. I like how the family came together after a hurricane, but there was an interesting family dynamic. They all seem to be close, yet they all have secrets. All of them have something that they want to tell their siblings, but it takes them days if not weeks to share the news.

I enjoyed the narrator. Although I had some issues, I enjoyed the book and I'm looking forward to reading the series.

Slow start but finishes strong

It took me a few chapters to get into the book, but then I couldn't put it down. It took some time for me to figure out the different lands, people, and the history.

The chapters are from different points of view which can be confusing at times. Always check the name at the start of the chapter! The book does end on a bit of a cliffhanger. It made me want to pick up the next book immediately.

Great series!

I’m really enjoying this series. When I finish the book I want to immediately start the next.

I do recommend reading the books in order. It’s been a little bit since I read book one. I almost went back to reread the first one again but things came back to me. Another suggestion - pay attention to the names at the start of the chapters!

The narrator was great. I’m looking forward to starting book 3.

A great read

This book had me hooked from the first page! I loved the characters, the story and the narrator.

Everyone needs an Aunt Flip in their lives and I would love a group like the woowoo juju.

It does end on a cliffhanger. I can’t wait to start book two.

Great story by a great author!

This was the first book in this series that I’ve read. Obviously it can be read as a stand-alone. I now want to read the other books.

This one was sweet and funny. Callie comes back to her home town to check on her grandmother and runs into her high school crush. No matter how much you have changed there is something about going back to your childhood home that makes you feel like a teenager again.

Tanner left town so that he could support his family. He moved back to start a charter business with his friends and provide a stable home for his son. His son is the typical teenager, but he has a sweet side too.

I loved the small town and how nothing stays a secret for long.

Love the author and narrator!

I am a big fan of Molly Harper and when the audiobook is narrated by Amanda Ronconi it is a must buy for me.

Maggie is the pack leader. She keeps getting the hints that she needs to settle down and take a mate. I love Maggie’s sense of humor and how she handles herself within the pack.

Nick is up in Alaska doing research. He wants Maggie but he’s a human. Maggie thinks she needs to settle down with a werewolf. Things get complicated when “accidents” begin happening to some of the pack.

I read the first book in this series a couple of years ago. I will not be waiting as long to start book 3.
