Historia
This is a brief article that explores the early state of affairs when the Latter-Day Saints (or Mormons) arrived in Utah. The government operated as a theocracy with Brigham Young, the Prophet, acting as the governor. Trace elements of a theocracy linger in the church's structure to this day.

I'm embarrassed I bought this

Started with some disjointed facts about Mormonism and then strangely transitions into a lecture on philosophy. Don't waste your money!!

Inspiring, but too crude for this type of a book.

Is there anything you would change about this book?
The message of the book is fantastic, and it has inspired me to eat better and be more fit. Unfortunately Mr. Jurek felt the need to throw in crude stories and use the "F-Word" repeatedly. I thought about recommending the book to my high school cross-country runners to inspire them, but it is too crass.
