It's all right for a 2nd generation millionaire
Revisado: 11-27-23
Most of the examples for success come from her father experiences, not her own. It make sense since she did not have to build the wealth. There is a constant insistence on registering for her father's university. On a chapter she mentioned that running is stupid. Her father was obese, so may grow up seeing healthy habits with money but not with the body...as is know skinny does not means healthy.
it's all right...however, I prefer to listen to 1rst generation millionaires.

Historia
Most people know Dave Ramsey as the guy who did stupid with a lot of zeros on the end. He made his first million in his twenties—the wrong way—and then went bankrupt. That’s when he set out to learn what God had to say about managing money and building wealth. As a result, Dave developed the Ramsey Baby Steps and became a millionaire again—this time the right way. After three decades of guiding millions of others through the plan, the evidence is undeniable: the Baby Steps not only work for everyone, but they’re proven to work fast.

Steps are on point-Religious topics out of subject
Revisado: 11-23-23
Enjoyed the audio book. The steps seem really useful. The life of other people as examples makes it more reliable. The counter part is the inclusion of religion in a full chapter. Believing, faith and hope are required to move forward. However, this is not a religios book, since the religious subjects were mentioned throughout different chapters, then including a full chapter about it makes the book not a 5 star book, due too the lack of consistency on the primary subject.

Historia
Our brains do their best to help us out, but every so often they can be real assholes - having meltdowns, getting addicted to things, or shutting down completely at the worst possible moments. Your brain knows it's not good to do these things, but it can't help it sometimes - especially if it's obsessing about trauma it can't overcome. That's where this life-changing book comes in. With humor, patience, science, and lots of good-ole swearing, Dr. Faith explains what's going on in your skull, and talks you through the process of retraining your brain to respond appropriately....

Just to listen one time
Revisado: 02-25-22
I will not recommend this audiobook.
it is not the content, is the way she expresses her self. Left me with a "bad taste".
