The entire book was captivating from start to finish.kept my interest the whole time.I listen/read fiction for escapism and pleasure and in my opinion the main characters have to have a happy ending and this book did.well done and thank you.

Moved along at a good pace but I felt it was too brutal and far too descriptive of the brutal parts.Gil is just so over the top at surviving and taking on dozens of men single handed but of course I am always glad when he wins.i won't be getting any more of this series though

Only Rabbi Josh had faith and hope.the other two main characters were too full of hate and had not moved on.very depressing book.well written though but I personally did not like the story at all.good scenic descriptions of Israel.fantastice narration.

Would you try another book from Joe Nobody and/or D. Allen?
I found Mr Allen quite relaxing to listen to(I would have preferred it if he kept a normal voice for women though)
I don't know why you are all so down on him.Try and be a little constructive on the poor mans narrating.Some narrators you have to turn the volume down when they do certain characters but I found this one consistent all the way through.Thank you!

What ever happened to THE NOVEL where you had a beginning ,middle and end? I can't believe that it was allowed to be produced as an entire book.I feel very cheated and definitely not worth the money.
However I do love the story line but will think twice about spending so much money for a third of a book next time.
