Season 3, Wow!

First, going to start by saying this is a must listen in surround sound. My car was probably my favorite way to listen as I have a really good sound system and was just enveloped in the audio. Thank you Dolby Atmos!

So production quality ✅

I’ve been hooked on this story from season 1. I thought this was going to be a trilogy, glad to know it’s not as the story is so engaging. I love the characters and how Hope and Darcy are growing into who they are. There’s something about this season, especially the end that reminds me of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and her Scoobie gang and how her journey wasn’t her alone, but what made her stronger, how she survived was because of her chosen family.

This franchise has me hooked. Can’t wait for S4!

Mind changing

I plan to send this to all my friends who smoke. I have no plans on becoming a vaper, but it changed my mind and made me look at the industry in a different way.

Wow, amazing production

I read the story a very long time ago. While I remember it, I didn’t “remember” it. This production is unforgettable. The acting is top notch and the overall production one of the best I’ve heard. If you’re not familiar with 1984, this is the audio version to listen to. It’s not a reading of the book but an actual multi-cast production. An audio interpretation, no different than if it was a movie in terms of adherence to the original work.

Definitely one of my top recommends.

Wish is was longer

I often listen to sleep focused stories when I’m having trouble sleeping. Enjoyed Stamos’s voice and enjoyed the story of the waterfall. Just wasn’t long-enough to lull me to sleep which was disruptive cause then I needed to find something else.

Another Great Addition to the Sleep Sound Franchise!

I’m a big fan of this franchise but will admit they are not all created equal. Several of them have an episode I find “creepy”. Not this one!

Every episode is soothing, love the choices and Luke’s voice is perfect for this kind of narration.

Nothing To Say We Haven’t Already Heard

I will start by saying Britney’s conservatorship was horrible and unjust. Her father manipulated the system. Several times in her life, Britney was the victim of being a woman and the double standards we all face.

That being said, all this was known heading into this title. I learned more about her childhood, but in general didn’t find this book to be insightful. She doesn’t go deep, she doesn’t really reflect on her life as she’s always trying to “be the nice girl”. In addition to only skimming the surface, it’s not very well written.

Biographies and Memoirs is my favorite category to listen to. This is the first title I felt I walked away learning nothing new about the person. There’s no story I want to share that’s not already well known to the public. If someone was to ask my for a listening recommendation, this would not be it.

My favorite Sleep Sound to date

I’ve listened to them all and this one is hands down my favorite. This is my current go-to for falling asleep. Several of the others have at least one chapter I find creepy, so I can’t just leave it on. For this one, I find all chapters soothing and don’t worry about being woken up when the location changes.

Loved the Ending

Season 2 was as good as season 1, can’t wait for the third! Three compelling storylines with an ending I didn’t expect. Eagerly awaiting to see how they wrap this up.

Fastest I’ve binged anything. Was hooked from the moment I heard the trailer. The story really draws you in and the cast is amazing. The ending left me wanting more. I hope there’s a season 2.

Everything I've wanted From the Sandman

Wow. I listen to a lot of titles on Audible, and none of them sounds like this. I'm a HUGE Sandman fan and had high expectations what I wanted from this title. After waiting years for someone to translate The Sandman from graphic novels to an entertainment experience, Audible was first to the gate, and damn did they deliver! This was a truly immersive audio experience where you're transported to the world of Dream. While James McAvoy wouldn't be my Netflix choice, I beyond loved him for the Audible experience and without a doubt believed HE IS DREAM.

I'm clearly a fan of the series, but believe even those not familiar with the source material will be just as impressed. This is the first title I've ever listened to that I can't wait to hear again. Really hope they are planning to make the whole series and some of the related titles.
