Effective advice! Amy's work and techniques have really helped me! It is so refreshing to hear someone else acknowledge that we can't always "just breathe" to fix anxiety. It is empowering to have the tools in my own toolbox, and to know that they've always been there. I actually did a tapping course with the author and found tapping to be of importance for me in dealing with chronic health issues. Max Hendriksen made tapping really easy and intuitive for me. I then found this book

Really good book that I have recommended to friends. Starts a bit slow, but after the first few chapters I learned a lot and found it very helpful. One of the best self-help books I have listen. I was looking for a book that would show me how to have self esteem and I was extremely surprised to find this book what I needed yet not about gaining self esteem but ultimately how my view of myself is based on my view of God. Highly recommend this book for all women, especially those in leadership. .

Recommended to me by an attending during my third year of medical school. The earlier chapters are easy to listen - and this is coming from someone who knows next to nothing about finance, economics, or any thing money-related. The later chapters were tougher to read, but it definitely gives you a good breakdown. At first I thought this was going to be a book that had the basic financial information - saving in mutual funds, stock market basics, retirement, Etc.

Great tool for "The Now Habit"

I read this over the weekend and the tips are so easy to implement that I went to work on Monday and started to implement. Now, I haven't become a perfect time manager in one day, but by just starting with one or two of the recommendations and observing how I 'normally' work, I see clearly now how so much time how 'flies by' i.e. I pretty much just bought this to make sure I understood how Pomodoro and similar techniques worked. A very effective method, and this book teaches it quite thoroughly, as well as explaining what it's good and how it works.

I only used it once but it's money well-spent I really did relax me but you have the 30 minutes but taking time out for you the important don't forget This is an excellent guided meditation book. I'm not sure if it comes in physical or ebook form, but I highly recommend the audiobook. The narrator's voice is soothing and relaxing. Her instructions are clear and her reminders always came just as my mind started to wander

To the previous reviewer. You obviously have not read the book. It has only been available for a few hours. If You at least listen her introduction you would know exactly why she chose these four. It's because she has been studying these men for thirty The best way to study leadership is to study leaders. How they exercised influence in their contexts provides examples of how we can do so in ours. For this reason, it is paramount for leaders to be well-versed in biography and history, the knowledge of people and their times.
