I cannot recommend this series enough, both for those who have and haven't watched the animated series. I am so invested in Mine's story I cannot wait for the next volume, even though I know what will happen from watching the anime. The writing just pulls you in that well. Can't wait for the third audiobook in this series. <3

She is now Myne, the sickly five-year-old daughter of a poor soldier. To make things worse, the world she's been reborn in has a very low literacy rate and books mostly don't exist. She'd have to pay an enormous amount of money to buy one.

Loved the book after watching the anime

I was drawn to trying out the audiobook after watching the anime a while back. Both the characters and the quality of the writing are very engaging. I am looking forward to listening to more of these. ❤️
