Incredibly Comprehensive

I was truly impressed with this audiobook and even more so that the author, Barrett, included the 450 page PDF of the book (downloadable when you're in audible). WOW! This is worth the money and then some.

This audiobook includes three workbooks:
1. One for PTSD or now known as traumatic stress disorder because there's nothing post about it,
2. One for borderline personality disorder, and
3. The final one for emotional eating.

Each workbook is a gem filled with explanations that really help you understand each of the behaviors, exercises with real examples, worksheets that can be easily done through audible or in the attached PDF, true stories that help put things into perspective and workable lessons.

If you are looking to let go of traumatic past experiences, let go of harmful coping mechanisms, and let go of irrational emotions, this audiobook is really going to help you. There are real actionable strategies in this book.

I have read many self-help books this one offers the most self-help I have seen in a long time. If you or someone you love has any kind of trauma, and don't we all really, you can't go wrong by getting this book. I highly recommend it!

Pleasantly Surprised

I have to admit, the patriarchy and sexism in this book were highly frustrating but I know now that it was a necessary part of the storyline and this is why...

Amish meets vampire. Who would have thought! What a unique spin on what is usually a typical vampire story. This is anything but typical.

The characters were relatable and the setting itself was its own character. The plot was excellent, the main vampire family was intriguing, and the conflict built up and up until it had me holding my breath in anticipation for what was coming next.

This is a truly unique story and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys vampire-focused genres but is tired of the same old story. A great read and I look forward to the next book in the series. So much more to come!

Fun Adventure

I've had this book for a while, but I finally got to it during a weekend and was pleasantly surprised.

This book has an incredible amount of fun, wit, and interesting characters. Plus, there was a fantastic storyline with lots of action. I was laughing a lot, and I mean A LOT!

It was so good I had to purchase the next one right away. If you enjoy this genre, get this book!

An excellent resource

I found this audiobook incredibly helpful. I loved the authors detailed explanations and the narrator's calm and soothing voice.

I had no idea there were different types of anger and this book help me understand it better than I ever have. That in itself is worth the purchase of this book.

But there was so much more to it. This book does really provide actionable tools to help anyone manage their own anger and it also helps people to understand where others struggle.

The 60 simple ways are helpful, approachable, and really simple. It's a great way to take control of your emotions and improve your life.

I'm also grateful that the author provides a summary recap at the end of each chapter and at the end of the book. Nicely done.

Improve your life and the lives around you by listening to this book. I highly recommend it and I highly recommend listening more than once.

Solid Tool that Help

It seems as though anxiety and overload are as common as there are people today, but it doesn't have to be this way. How to Stop Overthinking gives you the insight and tools to regain control of your thoughts and redirect them in a more positive and productive direction.

This book has excellent scenarios, case studies, and practice tests that are relatable and that will get you on your way to controlling your thoughts and controlling the direction in your life.

This one's a no-brainer. Don't overthink it. Listen to this book!

Just in time for Halloween

The plot of Calling Back the Dead intrigued me from the get-go and, though I found the jumping-back-and-forth in the timeline confusing, I still thoroughly enjoyed this book. And if you enjoy audiobooks, Kelsey Navarro is a great narrator.

This is a great read just in time for Halloween.

I was hooked by Chapter 1

Who doesn't love a strong bounty hunter character, especially when she's female.

I thoroughly enjoy this audiobook. Sadie's writing drew me in and Heather's narration was fantastic. This story had everything: magic, shapeshifters, a super sexy incubus, and an intriguing plot.

If you are looking for an entertaining read with fun and lovable characters, you've got to check this one out. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

A Whirlwind of Emotions

The story immediately pulled me in and kept me engaged to the very end. Though some things were predictable, the writing and weaving of the plot and multiple subplots kept me engaged. The extensive character developments were complex and believable and I was rooting for so many wonderful and interesting people. I'm looking forward to the next book in this series.
