Rarely, let me rephrase that, NEVER has a podcast captivated my attention past one or two episodes let alone been so revolutionary for my mental well-being! I have now listened to over 100 of these episodes and can't wait to listen to what else I've missed! If you know, or possibly suspect, that you have ADHD you must listen to this podcast! Tracy is transparent and authentic as she brings together well researched, thoughtful material with other brilliant women who have the gift of an ADHD mind. Through this channel I understand and appreciate myself in a new fundamental way that has truly opened my eyes to the possibilities that lay ahead in my future!
