Some people lives are fake that they believe it and every time you talk them you’re find yourself avoiding the truth just conversation. All meaningless small f ing talk. Sniffing chairs had weird shock effect. Please take that to the therapist. TMI. Good read.

Historia
At the height of medical technology and civilization, America has become the fattest and sickest nation to ever grace the earth. There was a time when food was our medicine, and the farmer our physician. But now industrialization has converted farms into factories, replaced produce for processed foods, and meat comes with just as many warnings as the drugs we are prescribed. If we continue to embrace the Standard American Diet (SAD diet) and current health care system, this may be the first generation of parents to outlive their children.

Eye opening however something’s require more investigation. Garlic not having benefits? No discussion about quality of meat ingested? Overall informative but not necessarily the gospel. The reader’s tone was a little boring.

Thought vs. Thinking. The noun and verb.
Revisado: 07-29-24
I loved the use of language. Insight directing your gaze within. Being very clear about the “ fact” that we are indeed creating our reality. Which is so hard to accept because of the personal responsibility that comes along with that notion. I like the idea of God and Universal mind in non competitive use. We know that there has to be greater power, a macro and micro. Otherwise there would be no explanation for trees. The book is a pathway to real happiness and it’s an inside job which so empowering. Eliminating the middle man. Freedom and equality in its highest form. We are ready for this. Thank you Joseph Nguyen.

Historia
The number one reason you're not going for your deepest dreams and desires in life—or even giving yourself full permission to want those things—is because you don't know how you’ll make them a reality. Not knowing how then becomes a barrier that stops you from doing, being, or having the things and the life you know you're meant for.

Jennifer is an excellent storyteller. Her experiences are relatable and relevant to the humanity. Some things she pulled out of my mind. She gets to the cause where as many authors just give you the effect. I read Quantum Leap 1st. Inspiring!

Calling Buddhism evil is an evil
Revisado: 07-25-23
Dogmatism is why we as humans are always in conflict and is the greatest evil. Faith is non denominational. Can cause family strife and is the cause for many wars. That is evil in and of itself. We want peace, prosperity and respect for the dignity of life.

Historia
Many famed music producers are known for a particular sound that has its day. Rick Rubin is known for something else: creating a space where artists of all different genres and traditions can home in on who they really are and what they really offer. He has made a practice of helping people transcend their self-imposed expectations in order to reconnect with a state of innocence from which the surprising becomes inevitable. Over the years, he has learned that being an artist isn’t about your specific output, it’s about your relationship to the world.
