Historia
The electric and daring independent wrestling tag team tells their inspiring story, revealing how two undersized, ambitious amateur athletes from Southern California became the idols of millions of popular sports fans and coveted among the ranks of AEW’s elite wrestling lineup. Alternating between each brother’s perspective from chapter to chapter, this entertaining memoir is a complete portrait of what it means to grow into - and give back to - wrestling, the sport and profession they embody and love.

Might buy my first bucks shirt
Revisado: 11-02-22
I have a bad habit of mistaking kayfabe for real life sometimes. Most days I would consider myself a bucks hater. But I enjoyed this book. It gave me a look inside their lives from the beginning, and I really got to understand how they came to be who they are. It really emphasized their personalities and how they differ, as well, and seeing how all the lines of fate crossed for different wrestlers on the independents was interesting and fun to see. Super enjoyable.

Historia
Ride alongside Jon Moxley as he retraces some of the highways traveled on his remarkable journey. Revel in the never-before-told stories about his early life in Cincinnati, Ohio; the gritty independent wrestling scene where he cut his teeth; the complicated corporate landscape of the WWE where he bucked against authority; and the rebellious upstart AEW, where he won the championship in 2020 and was finally free to achieve the vision of the wrestler he'd always wanted to be. With plenty of pitstops and revelatory insights, MOX is the riveting account of the life of a brawler.

This was great. I’m legitimately amazed by how much this book means to me. I listened to it during the early parts of my work shift for the past week and I was struck how listening to it would make my days brighter. Mox is a wonderful storyteller in the ring, and I’m so pleased to see it translates well to writing. A lot of his life hit home for me, and it made me cry tears of joy and tears of sadness. I also laughed. Quite a bit. Out loud. I think I’m going to end up re-listening to this book over and over again for the rest of my life.
