Slow start but so worth it!

I love this book! I’ve read it so fast the first time. I had a hard time putting it down. And the second read through I took my time. So beautifully written even if the first several chapters are hard to get through. But worth the wait. I’m in love with the characters and their struggle. Like faeries mixed with beauty and the beast. A great stand alone book by itself.

I had read this in high school and still love it 16 years later. Great voice actress and great story of friends, family, and loyalty.
