So bro-y I had to stop
Revisado: 01-28-21
Some okay advice (I could have written it, as well as most puppies I know) but Ferris’s writing is intolerably bro-ish. I got to the part where he said to never keep reading something you think is terrible and you hate, so I stopped. Thanks for the advice!
It should be called “how to be a f*** boy.” Would probably sell even better. Good luck x

Historia
Eva Hagberg Fisher spent her lonely youth looking everywhere for connection: drugs, alcohol, therapists, boyfriends, girlfriends. Sometimes she found it, but always temporarily. Then, at age 30, an undiscovered mass in her brain ruptured. So did her life. A brain surgery marked only the beginning of a long journey, and when her illness hit a critical stage, it forced her to finally admit the long suppressed truth: she was vulnerable, she needed help, and she longed to grow. She needed true friendship for the first time.

A must read for any one or any woman
Revisado: 12-28-20
Eva tells a beautiful and vulnerable story about family, friendship, love, healing, illness, medicine, life and death. I’m so grateful to have found this book. I can’t wait to enjoy more of this writer’s work. Xo

Now remarried, she has two more beloved children, and the terrible pain has begun to heal - until the morning when she looks in the backyard for her little boy and girl and finds only one red mitten.
