Such consequences of sleep deprivation or poor sleep will no doubt lower the quality of your life. Luckily, getting enough sleep consistently will have the opposite effect and will give you more energy, a better mood, a stronger immune system, and an energized, alert feeling throughout the day.

Not much of a meditation. Mainly just some background noise and rain for the entire 3/4hrs. Thai review is written while listening to this nonsense while I am clearly still awake :(
