Worked SO well

My 9.5 year old has had the hardest time sleeping in his own bed all night long. I listened to this book, I should preface that I am a counselor, so most of this came fairly easy to me in a “why haven’t I thought of that?” Kind of way and he already knew the coping skills. I introduced the idea to my son a week ago. He was excited about making his own choices. We picked a day to start, it took 4 nights and he was in his own room. We are celebrating today as he is calling it his “graduation” to sleeping in his own bed. I told him I was proud of him and he said “I’m proud of me!!!”
I would highly recommend this to anyone who’s having trouble with an older kiddos independent sleeping.
