hyped up for no reason

the book is so depressing and boring for the first 2 hours. the next 2 hours get slightly less "woe is me" but overall I dont like any characters there is no feeling of hope or wonder. theres no sexual tension. the book was raved about online and not a good sexy fantasy. read Booty Hunter or When She Purrs instead.

2nd book kept it "coming"

there were some tough topics in this book so look out for truggers. but i loved it! loved the evolution of the story world. loved the new characters. really enjoyed the environments and use of realistic language. it was a great time.

Good In Theory, Boring In Reality

The idea seems great, but the story drags on and on. The characters could be likeable, but we spend so much time in the chatacters heads or going back and forth in a useless diaglogue that you can't actually experience anything with them. Halfway through it and wishing I could get my money back.

I dont get it...

The main character was likable mostly... but the love interests were not... at all. The nickname usage was cute at first but not strong enought to base whole plot points off of. With the way that the author described the mates, it was hard to respect them, think they were attractive, or even worth the time. I kept listening hoping it woukd pick up... but no. Felt like a YA book.

great fluffy funny read

laughed out loud a few times due to dialogue between characters. they have some funny banter. overall a very happy, fluffy read

a story that changes how you think

this book and story was very engaging. bothy husband and i read it. its premise lead to lots of heated discussions and debates about how we would handle situations similar to those experienced by the main character. we really enjoyed it and it has become a core memory for us.

Doesnt Hold Your Interest

If you can get past the first few hours of hearing the word "latent" said in every sentence, the beginning of the book is entertaining. The hot scenes are hot, but you never feel like the characters are developed enough to hold your attention. You don't know much about the side characters at all and the main characters only have a few gimmicks. Overall, about halfway through the book I felt like I had had enough fun and wasn't even interested in how it ended.
