This book followed the idea in the movie “sliding doors” and touches on the importance of every moment in our lives. The author takes us through two journeys and “what if” scenarios to show how a situation can play out so differently as a result of a single moment of judgement. The story makes you really think about fate vs writing our own destinies and while it hits hard as a mom, it also gives you hope that there is some joy to be found in even the worst nightmares.

I met Erica Keswin at a conference a few years ago and we got to talking about company culture and the role it plays in recruiting and retaining talent. Erica reached out to me a few months later to discuss some of our company talent strategies and I was honored to be part of her research and share my story for this book!
The Retention Revolution is full of juicy data, stories and case studies to enrich that data, and advice, tactical ideas and tips from the brilliant Erica herself.
If you are a talent leader or aspiring leader, consider this book your guide to creating/maintaining/enhancing your company culture!

Ps- I started with the audible and liked it so much I also bought the hardcover to annotate ;)
