The content and narration is a fantastic way to start your day. It can help you remain present and mindful of your thoughts, interactions, and feelings. It's without a doubt that awareness of self brings about the requisite perspective, contentment, and compassion for others in your life. This book is my daily re-centering on this fact. Highly recommend.

Thought provoking read on the extension of epidemics to shoe trends and even suicides. A must read into human psychology and how the roles we play contribute to those tipping points.

This book is all about being open to listening and truly receiving the experiences of others. It's not always about agreeing or matching those experiences or beliefs with your own. True personal growth always resides in our ability to truly listen to others, accept their truth, and reflect on how their truth connects to our own lived experience: Is it reaffirming a myopic perspective or is it guiding you towards a more inclusive, empathetic, and empowered perspective.

Read/Listen to the book! Amazing and educational immigrant story that's filled with characters who are almost too fantastical to believe.

Great read if you need a reminder of your own power to manifest the kind of place you deserve to work at. Examine your own behaviors first, focus on honest and positive self talk, and show up to work motivated to be that change you long for. It starts with the only person you can control: yourself! This of course takes daily practice but it does get easier over time. This mindset is not only empowering but self fulfilling. Great read to remind you about your own power, how to THINK your way into a more fulfilling work life balance, and how to extract more fruitful collaborations with your co-workers. Your life and work are inextricably intertwined so take the time to examine it and optimize it. "The unexamined life is not worth living" -Socrates

A must "read" for all Americans!

Truth can sometimes be difficult to hear but it always resonates if you remain open to the continual aquisition of knowledge towards objective truth.

This book drives truth through historical accounts and data. It can sometimes be a little overwhelming to listen to at times and may be better served with a hard copy. Nonetheless, it's a fascinating and introspective listen/read that allows one to reflect on the generational entitlement that is undoubtedly supported by the unfiltered history of this nation.

Kudos to the author and the narrator on a job very well done!
