Historia
In this study of Genesis, Pastor Skip Heitzig presents an in-depth examination and fresh perspective of familiar stories like the creation, Adam & Eve, Noah and the Flood, the call of Abraham, and Sodom and Gomorrah. This series offers solid information to equip believers with truth in today's battle against the lies of evolution, the basic goodness of man, and a "fairy tale" approach to the Bible.

Good story with amazing narration!
Revisado: 10-10-20
I enjoyed the bridging of generations. This book isn't just for young or old. There's something for everyone. It's wholesome while still acknowledging the trends of today. The narrators were wonderful and I'll be keeping an eye out for more.

I would give this a PG-13 rating, for anyone that would want to know. It was a wonderful story, though not as moral as I usually stick to.

In This Life I Live, Rory Feek helps us not only to connect more fully to his and Joey’s story but also to our own journeys. He shows what can happen when we are fully open in life’s key moments, whether when meeting our life companion or tackling an unexpected tragedy. He also gives never-before-revealed details on their life together and what he calls “the long goodbye,” the blessing of being able to know that life is going to end and taking advantage of it.

slow

I love this I love that this is a Christian book, but the narration on the story itself are both very slow. I I highly recommend listening to this on a higher speed. It goes much better.

Sad, heartwarming, and beautifully written
Revisado: 12-20-19
I'm for some reason drawn to stories of orphans. This one was quite sad and dark, but also very heartwarming and intriguing. It has I love story woven through it. One of sisters and one more typical. This was the first of Lisa Wingate books that I have read. I intend to find more. :-)
